Rebecca Swaffield is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at Continental LTC, Inc. Since May 2019, Rebecca has effectively managed monthly reconciliations for over 50 accounts and spearheaded initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial reporting. With previous roles including Finance Internships at Continental LTC, Inc., where Rebecca produced amortization schedules and analyzed tax payments, and as a Transit Driver at Texas A&M Transportation Services, Rebecca has a diverse skill set that includes strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Rebecca has also gained international experience through studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain.
