Heather Riggs

Heather has over 17 years of experience in the Multifamily industry. She joined Continental Properties in 2010. Heather oversees Continental Properties multifamily Springs portfolio. She is responsible for all aspects of overseeing property operations including marketing, and training. Heather acts as the primary liaison between Continental’s property management team and other internal teams, including development, construction, accounting, and finance to ensure that the Springs brand is represented at all point in the development process.
