John joined Continental Properties in 2008 as a member of the Finance Team. Since 2013, John has managed over 100 financing and disposition transactions for Continental. As the leader of Continental’s Portfolio Management function since 2017, John has focused on maximizing the stakeholder’s returns.
In 2019, John joined the Investor Relations team to focus on raising equity capital for Continental’s multifamily projects.
