Chelsea Conway

Chelsea Conway is an experienced IT enterprise data management professional currently serving as a Manager at Continental Resources since July 2013. In this role, Chelsea leads a team of data stewards in implementing an enterprise data catalog, developing an in-house data quality solution, and addressing data misalignment issues. Prior positions include Supervisor of Anadarko Basin Engineering Support, where Chelsea led data analysts in various operations, and Engineering Tech Team Lead, overseeing engineering technicians in Completions, Production, and Facilities operations. Chelsea began the career as a Senior Engineering Technician and briefly worked as an Oil Marketing Clerk at Express Employment Professionals.
