Grayson Niemeyer

Grayson Niemeyer is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry with a strong background in resource development and engineering. Since June 2014, Grayson has held multiple leadership positions at Continental Resources, including Supervisor of Midland Resource Development and Manager of Outside Operated, overseeing non-operated assets and leading a high-powered team in various engineering and operational initiatives. Grayson's earlier roles include Team Lead for Resource Development, Drilling Engineer, and Reservoir Engineer, showcasing expertise in well optimization and asset management. Prior experience includes internship roles at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where Grayson evaluated engineering practices and production methods, and a research assistant position focused on geotechnical engineering.
