Mitch Lied

Mitch Lied has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Regional Drilling Manager for the Permian and Powder River Basins at Continental Resources since April 2013. Before this role, Mitch held various positions within the company, including Area Drilling Manager for the Mid Continent, Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Team Lead, Staff Drilling Engineer, Senior Drilling Engineer, and Drilling Engineer. Prior to joining Continental Resources, Mitch worked at Chesapeake Energy from May 2010 to April 2013 as a Drilling Engineer I, Field Engineer, and Drilling Intern. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2011.
