Diogo Silva

Diogo Silva is an experienced professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Continental since February 2014, where responsibilities have included roles as Global Purchasing Manager and Inbound Supply Chain Manager. Diogo has led warehouse and local supply chain optimization projects globally, developed tools for supply chain efficiency, and analyzed inventory deployment strategies to balance holding costs and service levels. Prior to Continental, Diogo completed an internship at Parfois focused on enhancing inbound logistics planning and warehouse organization. Diogo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and participated in the Erasmus Programme at Linköping University.
