Nathalie Buchhierl is a seasoned professional specializing in autonomous mobility and health management. Since March 2016, Nathalie has held multiple roles at Continental, currently serving as Competence & Learning Manager and previously as Transformation Coach & Organizational Change Manager. Nathalie's expertise also includes a position as Head of Health Management and Team Lead Idea Management at ADC GmbH. Prior to Continental, Nathalie worked as a freelance consultant in occupational health management and as a physiotherapist in various healthcare settings from 2008 to 2016.
