Rajesh Kaushik

Rajesh Kaushik is an accomplished leader in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in research and development, design management, and product engineering. Currently, Rajesh serves as the Head of R&D for Advanced Electronics and Semiconductor Solutions at Continental, overseeing multiple aspects including ASIC development and semiconductor strategy. Prior to this role, Rajesh held significant positions at ROHM Semiconductor Europe, managing product development and strategies for the European semiconductor market. Additionally, Rajesh has experience as a Project Manager in automotive ICs/ASICs development and has held engineering roles at Qimonda AG, Infineon Technologies, and STMicroelectronics. Rajesh earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University.
