Aleynis Acosta has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. ALEYNIS started their career at ChenMed in 2013, where they held various leadership roles. As the Associate Director of Enterprise Data Management, they oversaw the daily operations of the data management team, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and value to the business. ALEYNIS also served as the Associate Director of Business Services, managing the Central Service Team department and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Prior to that, Aleynis was a Center Manager at ChenMed, responsible for the overall performance of the center. In 2019, they joined Conviva Care Center as the Center Administrator before being promoted to Regional Director of Operations.

Aleynis Acosta completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at St. Thomas University from 2006 to 2010. ALEYNIS then pursued a Masters degree in Business at Florida International University's College of Business, from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they obtained several certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute in May 2018, including an Executive Management Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), Project Management - Lean Process Certificate (PM-LPC), and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (SSGBC).
