Carissa Heath is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with experience at Methodist Health System and Continuum Rehab Group since January 2022 and September 2020, respectively. Carissa has a strong background in developing patient care plans, educating patients and families on therapeutic benefits, and maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals. Previous roles include a Speech Language Pathologist at Advanced Travel Therapy and HealthPRO Heritage, where Carissa managed patient interactions and contributed to interdisciplinary therapy approaches. Carissa's early career involved overseeing children's activities as Camp Director and managing schedules for college students with intellectual disabilities through the University Participant Program. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Carolina University.
