Melanie Rivera

Melanie Rivera, MBA-HRM, currently serves as a Client Support Specialist at ContinuumCloud, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie accumulated diverse experience at Saint Leo University from January 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included Payroll Specialist, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Enrollment Coordinator, and Resident Assistant. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminalistics, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, both obtained from Saint Leo University between 2017 and 2021.
