Kathy Phillips, SR/WA, has extensive experience in the transportation industry, serving in various roles such as Right of Way Supervisor and Project Manager. Currently, Kathy is the Scholarship Chair at WTS Houston, where Kathy plays a vital role in awarding scholarships to young women pursuing degrees in transportation-related fields. Additionally, Kathy is a Senior ROW Manager at Contract Land Staff, managing the Public Sector Team in Sugar Land, Texas.
