Srinivas (Srini) Amana

Srini Amana has worked in the recruiting industry since 2009. Srinivas (Srini) began their career at Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc as a Technical Recruiter. In 2011, they moved to Princeton Information as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Maania Consultancy Services as Lead Technical Recruiter/ Director. In 2021, they joined ContractRecruiter.com as Lead Sourcer/ Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were engaged with client Unity, a multi-platform game engine.

Srini Amana began their educational journey in 2003, when they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Maths, Physics, and Electronics from Kakatiya University. Srinivas (Srini) then continued their studies at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, where they obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Electronics in 2008.
