Scott Shields has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott started their career in 2002 as a Research & Development Engineer at Spectra Gases Inc. Scott then worked at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer from 2004 to 2007. Afterwards, they joined Control Associates, Inc. where they held various roles including Account Manager from 2007 to 2013, Business Development Director from 2013 to 2018, Vice President - Systems & Solutions from 2018 to 2020, and Executive Vice President in 2020. Currently, they serve as the President & CEO of Control Associates, Inc.
Scott Shields received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Scott further pursued higher education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from 2005 to 2007.
