Ana Maria Ramirez Cubillos is an experienced compliance and forensic investigations professional currently serving as the Directora de Cumplimiento, Investigaciones Corporativas y Servicios Forenses at Control Risks since September 2022. Previously, Ana held the position of Compliance Officer at Ripio and served as Senior Manager for Money Laundering Prevention and Compliance at Colfondos S.A. where leadership and strategic direction were provided for compliance programs. Ana has also worked as Senior Manager for Money Laundering Prevention at SCOTIA GBS COLOMBIA, and as Manager of Forensic Services at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS COLOMBIA. Additionally, Ana served as Director of Investigations and Disputes at KROLL ASSOCIATES COLOMBIA S.A., focusing on investigations related to fraud and corruption compliance.
