Mark Thake

Mark Thake is a seasoned professional in media security and training with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Freelance Media Security Adviser and College Lecturer, Mark also holds roles as a HEAT Trainer at SEPAR International and Project Operations Manager at Control Risks. Since May 2018, Mark has contributed to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Global Security & Investigations Associate. Previous experience includes advising media crews in high-risk environments and serving as a High Risk Media Consultant with various prominent media organizations, including BBC and CNN. Mark's career began with a 22-year tenure in the British Army, where significant service included postings in the Infantry and Royal Armoured Corps. Additional earlier experience includes managing Chameleon Motorsport and providing security consulting and instruction in hostile environments. Mark Thake continues to enhance skills through lifelong learning.
