Erika Finch is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and sales. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Engineer III at Control Southern since March 2018, Erika provides technical advisement and product specialization to customers, partners, and the outside sales team. Prior roles include Central Buyer at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where Erika managed open orders and enhanced cross-functional operations, and MRO Buyer at Flowserve, focusing on procurement and process improvement. Additionally, Erika's experience includes serving as an Application Engineer at Flowserve, where responsibilities involved defining valve requirements and overseeing the quote and order process, and working as an HVAC Engineer at Newcomb & Boyd, designing HVAC systems using AutoCAD. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
