Maurice McAllister

Maurice McAllister currently serves as Operations Manager II at Controlled Contamination Services since April 2024. Prior to this role, Maurice held the position of Director of Compounding at Swiss American CDMO from February 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing compounding operations and managing equipment projects. Maurice's extensive experience in the manufacturing sector includes serving as Director of Operations for 2nd Shift at Swiss American CDMO, and various production management roles at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp from October 2012 to January 2020, covering color, liquid, and wet operations. Maurice began a career in production supervision at Allergan from June 2006 to October 2012, focusing on blow fill seal technology and aseptic practices in pharmaceutical production. Maurice holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, earned between 2006 and 2009.
