Arief Faizal Rosly

Arief Faizal Rosly currently serves as a Total Reward Analyst at Convatec, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at BAT as a Reward and Benefits Analyst from September 2021 to November 2023 and as a Reward and Benefits Specialist from February 2017 to July 2020. Arief also worked as a Benefits Specialist at Elanco from July 2020 to May 2021 and completed an HR internship at BAT. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee at KFC & Pizza Hut Malaysia from September 2016 to January 2017 and an internship at Majlis Perbandaran Selayang in July 2014. Arief holds a degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, completed in 2016, as well as a Certificate in Life Science from Kolej Matrikulasi Negeri Sembilan.
