Erin Grady Doremus

Erin Grady Doremus serves as the Senior Director of Global HR Services at Convatec since July 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of People Experience Lead at Mondelēz International from April 2020 to July 2023, and worked at Syneos Health (formerly INC Research/inVentiv Health) from April 2016 to April 2020, where Erin progressed from Director of HR Operations & Insights to Senior Director of Global HR Shared Services. Erin's career began at Merck, where over 15 years, notable roles included Associate Director of HR Shared Services Operations and HR Shared Services Manager. At Merck, Erin developed a metrics dashboard for leadership and successfully identified opportunities for operational improvement. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rider University.
