John Haller

John Haller joined Convatec on 1 April 2022, initially as Chief Quality & Operations Officer (Designate), before taking over fully from 2 May 2022.

John joined Convatec from Next Press, a contract manufacturing and packaging distribution business with operations across North America. At Next Press, he was General Manager from 2019 and drove margin expansion and customer diversification while strengthening their supply chain. Previously, he spent twenty-six years with Stryker Corporation, a leading global medical technologies business where he managed the company’s global supply chain with more than 12,000 employees across 43 locations in North America, Europe and Asia.

A seasoned operations leader, John has lived and worked in countries around the world while helping Stryker grow from a $1 billion revenue company to a $13 billion revenue company. He is a US Army veteran where he served as a member of a global rapid deployment force.

John will be based from their Switzerland office.
