Karen McNichol

Karen McNichol has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karen started their career at Virgin Media in 1990 as a UK Finance Manager before moving on to Warner Bros. as a UK Financial Controller for Consumer Products. Karen then joined Computer Sciences Corporation as the Head of Management Reporting Financial Services. After that, Karen worked at Sun Microsystems as the UK Sales Financial Controller and then at Cisco Systems as the EMEA Finance Director and later as the Emerging Markets Financial Controller. Karen then joined EMC Computer Systems as the Director of UK Finance & Business Operations. At BD, Karen held the positions of Director of Finance & Business Operations for the UKI & UAE, CareFusion and later as the Director of UKI Business Operations. Currently, they are employed at ConvaTec as the VP EMEA of Sales Ops Excellence and previously held the role of VP Global Sales Ops Excellence.
