Ishita Narang has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Ishita has worked as a Program Manager at ConveGenius since May 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Project Samarth in August 2021. From May 2022 to April 2023, Ishita served as an Academic Excellence Manager at LEAD School. Ishita also has experience with Teach For India, where they worked as a Fellow Mentor from July 2021 to May 2022 and as a Teaching Fellow from July 2020 to May 2022. Ishita has served as an Operations Associate at GenderBenders from June 2021 to May 2022. Ishita has also interned at the Centre for Legislative Research and Advocacy in May and June 2019, at the Delhi Commission for Women in December 2018, and at the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative in June and July 2017. In addition, Ishita held the position of General Secretary at Mridang- The Indian Dance Society of IPCW from July 2016 to April 2017 and interned at We, The People Abhiyan in December 2016.
Ishita Narang began their education at Indraprastha College for Women in 2015 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2018. Following that, they enrolled at Ambedkar University, Delhi in 2018 and obtained their Master of Arts degree in Law, Politics and Society in 2020.
