Fredrik Berglund

Fredrik Berglund is an experienced Site Manager at CONVENDUM since January 2020, overseeing operations and workplace experience for over 1,200 employees at Klarna HQ, with a commitment to high service levels and an innovative work environment. Prior to this, Fredrik held various roles in the hospitality sector, including Guest Relations Manager and Passion Coach at Clarion Hotel Amaranten, where responsibilities included customer relations and VIP guest management. Fredrik also served as a Running Instructor at Runacademy Sweden, and has extensive experience in conference services across multiple hotels, including operational leadership and event management.
