Helena da Silva

Helena Da Silva (MCIPD) currently serves as the Director of People & Culture for the UK at Convene, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at etc.venues from September 2012 to January 2023, culminating as Director of Human Resources, along with previous roles such as Human Resources Manager and People Advisor. Helena's career in human resources began at Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, where the role of Human Resources Coordinator was held from December 2010 to September 2012. Helena holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Development and Consultancy from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality and Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University (Westminster Kingsway College).
