Ray Darragh

Ray Darragh has an extensive work history, with their most recent role being a Delivery Engineer at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they spent nine years working at Microsoft, first as a Support Escalation Engineer from May 2013 to April 2019, and then as a Customer Engineer from April 2019 to August 2022. In these roles, Ray provided proactive services and technical expertise to help customers with their Modern Work solutions. Ray also built trusted advisor relationships with the customers. Before joining Microsoft, Ray worked as a Microsoft Engineer at AOS from November 2012 to May 2013, and as a Microsoft CSG/Support Escalation Engineer at Prithvi Catalytic from February 2012 to November 2012. Ray also gained experience as a Network Administrator at Omni Air International (OAI) from October 2011 to February 2012. Earlier in their career, Ray worked as a Network Infrastructure Specialist at BankOnIT from December 2007 to October 2011, and as a Computer Tech at Quality-PC from April 2007 to December 2007, where they built computers, imaged computers, and troubleshooted desktop issues.

Ray Darragh attended Tulsa Community College from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Rogers State University from 2001 to 2008 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology.
