Prior to Converge, Mr. Maine was the Chief Operating Officer of Pivot Technology Solutions (“Pivot”), a US$1.5 billion revenue value-added reseller listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and was part of the founding group that acquired and integrated five value-added resellers.
