David Matty has held various executive positions throughout their career. David started as the Vice President of Research and Development at Brooktree Semiconductor Corporation in 1994. After that, they became the President and CEO of NurLogic Design in 1998, where they remained until 2002. In 2003, they joined convergence.net as the President and CEO, a position they currently hold.
David Matty received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1978. David then pursued their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Utah from 1979 to 1981. Continuing their education, they obtained a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah between 1981 and 1983.
