Carrie Tongarm

Carrie Tongarm currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Convergent Energy and Power, leveraging extensive legal experience in commercial agreements and regulatory compliance. Previously, Carrie held the position of Commercial Counsel at Duquesne Light Company, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing litigation matters, and advising on real estate transactions and environmental compliance issues. Carrie also contributed to local governance as a Council Member for Sharpsburg Borough and has a background in real estate law from Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP. Academic credentials include a JD, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BFA in Theater Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
