Ethan MacKenzie currently serves as C&I Project Origination with Convergent Energy and Power since February 2023, contributing to the Business Development Team with a focus on utility companies such as ComEd, Ameren, PG&E, SCE, and ERCOT. Previously, Ethan was a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where specialization involved the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties and advising clients on 1031 Tax Deferred exchanges and NNN opportunities. Experience as a Leasing Agent at Boardwalk Realty Inc. included managing properties and conducting showings of vacant apartments. Ethan held leadership roles within Sigma Nu Fraternity, first as Head Philanthropy Chairman coordinating events and building nonprofit relations, and then as Community Service Chairman, promoting community engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder.
