Currently serving as Managing Partner at Convergent Finance LLP since 2018, Raghavan has previously held significant roles including Head of India at Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited from 2010 to 2018, and Founding Managing Director at STEER CAPITAL in 2009. Additional experience includes positions as Managing Director and Head of India at Candover Partners, Co-Head of Principal Investment Area India at Goldman Sachs, and Vice President at Indocean Chase Capital. Raghavan holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
