Prior to this, experience includes working as a Government Appeals - Case Specialist at Executive Health Resources, where responsibilities involved managing Medicare appeals processes, and as a Medical Records Coordinator at Delaware County Pain Management & MRI, overseeing patient file maintenance and responding to legal requests.
