Kell Delaney is a Consultant & Experience Designer at Conversant. Prior to joining Conversant, Delaney worked as a Transformation Education Leader at Avnet, Inc. from April 2007 to March 2008. There, Delaney created, wrote, and produced videos to introduce a new program and worked with managers to incorporate non-violent communication, group skills, and leadership skills into the organization.

From January 2010 to March 2011, Delaney served as the Care Services Coordinator at Boulder County AIDS Project where they coordinated state/federal grant money to help cover insurance costs for people living with HIV/AIDS. Additionally, they sat on the State Department of Health Committee for the Health Insurance Assistance Program (HIAP) as a representative of BCAP.

Kell Delaney has a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder. They also have a Bachelor of Arts in Contemplative Psychology (Incomplete) from Naropa University. In addition, they have expedition leading/education training from the National Outdoor Leadership School. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
