Alex Mason has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2008 as a Ski Patrol at Cypress Mountain. In 2010, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Clearly. They then joined SHOEme.ca in 2014, initially as a Product Developer and later became an Email Marketing Coordinator. In 2017, Alex started working at Conversion as a Digital Project Coordinator. They progressed within the company, working as an Experimentation Consultant, Sr. Experimentation Consultant, and Interim Director of Experimentation Strategy. Currently, Alex holds the position of Director of Experimentation Strategy at Conversion.

Alex Mason completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at The University of British Columbia from 2011 to 2015. They then pursued a Master of Management degree in Business Administration and Management at UBC Sauder School of Business from 2016 to 2017.
