Blake Waldron is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Technical Lead at Convert Digital since February 2020, Blake has led the expansion of the team from 4 to over 45 developers globally, while also spearheading innovative technical offerings and enhancing team training and career pathways. Prior to this, Blake founded nibblit in January 2019 as Head of Product and Lead Engineer, and co-founded Secret Travel, where development of the mobile application took place. Additionally, Blake held the role of Technical Director at Tekni Creative and Technical Lead at Cognito Social. Blake holds a degree in Information Technology & Systems, Computer Science from Monash University and has a solid educational foundation from Carey Baptist Grammar School and Camberwell Grammar School.
