Craig Seller

Craig Seller has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Manager in the British Army in 2004 where they managed a team of 45 infantry soldiers on operations and training. Craig then served as the Head of Training and Development, responsible for daily governance and initial professional training. In 2011, they became a Manager overseeing human resource development and performance management for a team of 350+ Army personnel. From 2013 to 2014, Craig worked as a Graduate Student at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. Craig then joined the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency as a Senior Government Liaison Officer, focused on developing and maintaining government relationships in geospatial intelligence matters. In 2016, they returned to the British Army as the Head Of Department, responsible for training and coordination of staff within a technical specialist Army unit. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager/Chief of Staff, where they personally ensured operational output and business resilience of the largest multi-national intelligence hub in the world. Most recently, they have been with Convex Insurance, where they have held roles in the COO office, Outsourcing Engagement Lead, and currently serves as the Head of CFO office.

Craig Seller completed their undergraduate education at The University of Edinburgh from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering with Management. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued further education at Cranfield University, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Additionally, Craig has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Certified Cyber Insurance Specialist, Certificate in Insurance, AgilePM Practitioner, AgilePM Foundation, Management of Risk Foundation & Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training, Developed Vetting, and Security Cleared.
