Sybil Hatch, PE, serves as the President of Convey, Inc. since November 1997, leading a fully integrated marketing communications and public relations firm that specializes in transportation, water resources, flood control, construction, infrastructure, and STEM outreach. Prior to this role, Sybil Hatch worked as a Senior Engineer at OHM Remediation Services from 1996 to 2000, focusing on hazardous waste remediation projects. From 1986 to 1996, Sybil Hatch held the position of Project Manager and Engineer at CH2M HILL, where responsibilities included managing civil infrastructure and hazardous waste projects. Sybil Hatch holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
