Heather Connors

Heather Connors has extensive experience in marketing and branding. Heather worked as the Director of Marketing at Conveyor Handling Company from 2013 to the present. In this role, they developed and implemented brand strategies, led marketing initiatives, managed the company's website and social media presence, and collaborated with vendors and marketing professionals. Previously, they worked as a Brand Ambassador, Mentor & Coach at Stella & Dot, and as the Owner/CEO/Graphic Designer at HD Graphic Design, Inc. Heather also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the Community College of Baltimore County and as a Public Relations Coordinator at the Baltimore Orioles.

Heather Connors has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Publication Design from the University of Baltimore, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a concentration in Writing and Rhetoric. In addition to their formal education, Heather has obtained various certifications from HubSpot Academy, including SEO II Certification in July 2023, SEO Certification in April 2022, and certifications in Content Marketing, Contextual Marketing, Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, and Inbound Marketing.
