Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Conviva, Joel leads design strategy and the transformation of a product portfolio that caters to major global media companies. Previously, as Design Director for Enterprise Products at Whip Media, Joel executed UX and Visual Design for Fortune 500 clients while integrating design thinking with Agile methodologies. Earlier roles include Creative Director at Sepialine, where Joel focused on SaaS Enterprise Products, and at Goldfoot, where strategic design consultations for mobile applications were provided.
