Mina Frolova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mina started working at Shell Oil Company in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant and later took on roles as an Organizational Design/Training Specialist and a Touchless Business Specialist/Product Owner. In 2011, they joined John Deere as a Project Manager for a short-term contract. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Convergent Media Group as a Technical Project/Product Manager, where they launched multi-channel online projects and led product development for Fortune 500 clients. In 2020, Mina Frolova joined Phonexa as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for executing product strategy and leading new product and feature development in an Agile environment. Mina is currently working at Convoso as a Product Manager II.
Mina Frolova obtained a Master of Arts degree in Marketing from the State University of Management (SUM) in 2008. Additionally, they received certifications in "User Insights for Product Decisions" from Reforge in May 2023 and "Product Management Foundations" from Reforge in August 2022.
