Fanette Singer has worked in the marketing and communications field since 2009. In that year, they began their role as Managing Director, Interactive Assets and Strategy, Multinational and Consumer at Marsh. In 2011, they became an Independent Marketing and Communications Expert. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at COUNTRY Financial® as Senior Vice President, Marketing, where they developed the firm's first digital/mobile strategy, extended omni-channel relationships, embedded customer experience methodology, increased promotion response and purchase rates, and installed and managed leading KPI's. In 2019, they became a Brand Advocate, Digital Strategist & Customer Experience Leader. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Chief Marketing Officer at Convr, where they are responsible for increasing marketing sophistication and delivering a superior customer experience through digital tools and engaging communications.
Fanette Singer has an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in American Culture from Vassar College.
