Jason W then worked as a Network/Internal Phone Administrator and later as a Wide Area Networks Administrator. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Broadband, Video, & Voice. Finally, in 2011, Jason became the Chief Technology Officer at Conway Corporation. In addition to their work in the technology industry, Jason also co-owns Fingerpost Properties, LLC since 2006.
Jason W Hansen began their education journey at Mountain Home High School from 1991 to 1993. Jason W then attended Hendrix College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1997, they enrolled in Post-Baccalaureate and Pre-MBA Classes at the University of Central Arkansas, completing the program in 1998. In 2007, Jason attended the Dale Carnegie Institute, where they took the Dale Carnegie Course. Additionally, from an unspecified start year to 2011, they participated in the Faulkner County Leadership Institute's Program for Emerging Local Community Leaders.

Conway Corp operates the city-owned electric, water, wastewater, cable television, internet, telephone and home security utility services for the citizens of Conway, Arkansas. We have been a part of the Conway community since 1929 when the Conway City Council first franchised the corporation to operate the city's electric light plant. The water department was placed under Conway Corp's operation in 1930. The wastewater was added in 1957 and the cable system in 1980. Conway Corp is extremely proud of the work we do for the citizens of Conway, and we are just as proud of the people who do that work. We feel our personnel are some of the most dedicated and professional individuals any company could hope to employ. These men and women have committed themselves to providing Conway Corp's customers with the very best utility services available at the lowest cost possible, and they do it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
