Isuru Fernando is an experienced merchandiser with a strong background in developing merchandising strategies for prominent brands such as MODANO, MISS MODANO, ODEL, and CLOSET. Currently serving as a Merchandiser at Cool Planet since October 2021, Isuru collaborates with various stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and distributors, to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines. Prior experience includes a role at ODEL PLC from February 2020 to October 2021, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Isuru also worked at National Development Bank PLC as a Business Development Assistant from December 2016 to January 2020, focusing on client consultations and loan opportunities. Education was completed at Holy Cross College in Kalutara from January 2003 to August 2016.
