Lauren Grazier

Lauren Grazier currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at COOLA since August 2024 and is a member of Chief since February 2019. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Brand Marketing at Sun Bum from January 2022 to August 2024. Lauren’s experience in the beauty and personal care industry includes significant positions at L'Oréal, where roles included Assistant Vice President Marketing for NYX Professional Makeup and various leadership positions in brand business development, insights, and shopper marketing. Earlier in career, Lauren worked at Coty as Customer Marketing Manager for RIMMEL London and held branding roles at Sun Products Corporation and LEGO Group. Education was completed at Babson College.
