Eric Sifferlen

Eric Sifferlen is an experienced executive in corporate development and strategic planning, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at CoolSys since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sifferlen held multiple senior positions at ICP Building Solutions from September 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic acquisition efforts and supporting overall growth strategies across the organization. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Corporate Planning at Aspen Technology, with a focus on operational excellence and business planning, and various roles at Ensign-Bickford Industries and Harris Williams & Co., where Sifferlen advised on mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategies. Sifferlen's early career includes service as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy. Education includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
