Michael Salad

Michael Salad is an experienced attorney specializing in tax, estate planning, and business law at Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law since June 2012. Michael provides legal guidance to start-up companies and small business owners, also representing clients in mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Cooper Levenson and an intern at the United States Attorney's Office, focusing on due diligence, research, and trial preparation, as well as a legal intern at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Michael holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Political Science from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master's in Estate Planning & Elder Law from Western New England University.
