Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily in support and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Technician at Cooper Standard since October 2021, Eric previously held the position of Support Specialist at All Covered, where management of helpdesk operations across multiple sites in the Greater Detroit Area was a key responsibility. Eric's background includes experiences as an Information Technology Contractor at Robert Half Technology and a Senior Field Technician at Wayne County Airport Authority, where temporary contract work involved system deployment and troubleshooting at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Additional roles include Jr. System Administrator positions at CONTROLTEC, LLC, and ForeSee, as well as an internship providing tech support to K-12 schools at REMC1. Eric's educational foundation includes two Bachelor of Science degrees from Michigan Technological University in Computer Network and System Administration and Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
