Jennifer Moughan has a diverse background in the field of human resources, with over 30 years of experience. Jennifer began their career at Virtua Health as an HR Director in 1991 and held the position for over a decade. In 2002, they started their own consulting firm, JLM Consulting, where they served as the Principal & Owner. Jennifer then worked at various healthcare organizations, including Temple University Health System as an AVP-Consultant Human Resources from 2004 to 2006, Lourdes Health System/CHE-Trinity Health as the Director of Organizational Development from 2011 to 2014, and Lourdes Health System as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Cooper University Health Care, where they began as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition in 2015 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Jennifer Moughan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University between 1989 and 1991. Jennifer later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management at Rutgers University - Camden from 2001 to 2004.
