Lisa Laphan-Morad, DNP, APN-C, NEA-BC has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious institutions. From 1988 to 2000, they worked as an RN at Cooper University Hospital's ICU. Following that, they joined Virtua Surgical Group as a Nurse Practitioner from 2000 to 2011. Lisa then moved on to Virtua Health, where they served as the Administrative Director of Surgical and Ambulatory Services from 2011 to 2013. Lisa then joined Cooper University Health Care and held multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President of Surgery from 2013 to 2015, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Patient Care Services from 2014 to 2018, Vice President of Operations at MD Anderson Cooper Cancer Institute from 2018 to 2019, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Education and Research.
Lisa Laphan-Morad, DNP, APN-C, NEA-BC completed their education as follows: Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Widener University in 1996. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Adult Health at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Lisa obtained their Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nursing Administration from Rutgers University - Camden.
